Hey Y'all!!
I'm starting this blog today as a recommendation from a couple other photographers who I truly admire! I jokingly told them I haven't kept up a blog since the Xanga days. Do any of you remember Xanga? I had kinda forgotten about it until something jogged my memory today!
Anyway, I just wanted to use this first post as a quick way to say hi and introduce myself (and my cute family!). I'm Marie Brock! I first picked up my camera in 2016 when I was DESPERATE to stay home with our oldest son, Bennett. Shout out to all of you guys who first hired me back then and stuck around! I graduated from Texas A&M University-Commerce with a teaching degree and spent four years teaching elementary school (in Mabank and in Allen) before "retiring" to raise babies and photograph you guys!
My husband, Chris, is an Athletic Trainer at Allen High School and is truly the best partner I could've ever asked or prayed for! We have two boys--Bennett is four-and-a-half and Gavin who turned one in January. Both boys keep us busy with their silly little personalities.
I'm sure I'll have much more to say in future posts. As always, thank you for your continued support of our little family.
